Brands 4 Kids Returns Policy

• Under our returns policy you may return any new, unopened product within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund of the purchase price.
• Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are not refundable.
• This policy and related terms apply in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
• If you believe any product is defective or there is a problem with any product, please contact us at sales@brands4kids.com.au, or use the ‘Contact Us’  button to discuss your personal issue.

• Once we receive your returned product and processed the return, you will receive your refund within 2 weeks.

• Should you wish to return a product, please email us at sales@brands4kids.com.au, or use the ‘Contact Us’ option, providing Invoice reference, product and reason for return.
• We will send you details of where the product should be returned to and a Return Authority number.
• Products should be returned in their original packaging at your cost unless defective.
