Brands 4 Kids Shipping and Delivery Information

• Brands 4 Kids will send you an invoice immediately on completion of your purchase.
• This invoice will display your chosen delivery address as well as any specific delivery instructions that you have provided during the order process.
• We will attempt to fulfill your order and despatch it within 48 hours of receipt.
• We use a number of different companies for the freight and delivery of your order, depending on your address and specific instructions.
• When your order ships, the carrier, ship date and estimated delivery date for your package will be listed in Your Account and can be found in your shipment confirmation e-mail. If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package by clicking the Track packages link in Your Account.
• Should your delivery not arrive within 10 business days from your order please contact us by email at sales@brands4kids.com.au or use the ‘Contact Us’ button to lodge a query so that it can be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
